Common questions

Why don’t you publish pricing yet?
Because we don’t want to publish a number we’d need to walk back. We’re working through real-world usage data with our beta partners to make sure the structure reflects what MSPs actually pay for — clients managed, assets tracked, integrations consumed — rather than a number pulled from a competitor’s pricing page.
Will pricing be per-technician?
Probably not as the primary axis. MSP economics scale with the number of clients you support, not the number of techs you have on staff. Per-seat pricing punishes well-staffed shops and rewards understaffed ones — that’s the opposite of what we want.
Will there be a free tier at GA?
Undecided. We’re evaluating a free tier for very small operations versus a generous trial for everyone. Whatever we land on, it will be transparent and not designed to expire just as you depend on it.
What if my needs are bigger than the “Scale” tier?
Talk to us. We’re happy to design a custom contract for MSPs with specific compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2 evidence collection) or unusual scale.
