Tell us about your MSP and the problem you’re trying to solve. We’ll respond within two business days — and if you’re a fit, schedule a walkthrough and get you provisioned the same week.
What to expect
The beta is intentionally small — we’re onboarding partners we can support directly while the product matures. Here’s how it works:
- You apply. A short form — the more context you give, the faster we can size the fit.
- We respond within two business days. Either with a walkthrough invite, or with honest reasons we’re not the right fit yet.
- 30-minute walkthrough. Live demo against your actual use cases. No slide deck.
- Tenant provisioned the same week. Use it free during beta. Lock in pricing at GA.
Who’s a good fit
Synthera works best for managed service providers running multi-client operations — especially ones with:
- Three or more active client relationships under a single MSP umbrella.
- Compliance requirements that demand audit trails and credential isolation.
- A team frustrated by single-tenant tools you’ve had to bend into shape.
Beta FAQ
Quick answers
Is the beta really free?
Yes. Beta partners pay nothing during the beta period. We’ll give you advance notice and a walkthrough of the GA pricing structure before anything changes — and you keep locked-in pricing at that point.
What about my data?
Your tenant’s data is yours. RLS isolates it from every other tenant at the database level, encrypted backups protect it off-site, and we’ll provide an export at any point on request — including if you decide the beta isn’t right for you.
How stable is the platform?
Stable enough that beta partners are running it in production with real clients. We’re tagging releases, running a CI pipeline with health-checked deploys, and rolling forward only when application health verifies. Beta means “features are still landing,” not “the platform is fragile.”
Do you offer SLAs during beta?
Not formal SLAs — that’s a GA thing. But we monitor everything, respond fast, and our beta partners have a direct line to the team. In practice, response times are better than most SLA-backed services.
I’m not an MSP. Should I still apply?
Probably yes if you’re managing IT for multiple distinct organizations or business units — large internal IT teams with clear separation between business divisions are a great fit. If you’re a single-tenant shop, our multi-tenant architecture is overkill for you, and we’d rather tell you that up front.
